Sweet Potato Bake(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) can pineapple chunks and juice
    5 c. mashed sweet potatoes or yams
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1/3 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Cut pineapple chunks in half.
    Combine pineapple
    with juice, potatoes, salt and butter.
    Place half of mixture in a buttered casserole dish.
    Top with half of the marshmallows.
    Add remaining half of potato mixture.
    Arrange pecans on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover about 10 minutes before serving.
    Add remaining marshmallows.
