Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 can or 2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. cold water
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the first 10 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well and add the pumpkin, oil and water.
    Blend well.
    Add 4 eggs, one at a time, blending well.
    Divide into 3 greased and flour loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Great served warm or cold.
