Cole Slaw Healthy Eating - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise or Weight Watcher's whipped salad dressing
2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 packets Equal sugar substitute
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. canola or extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. skim milk or low fat milk
1 head cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
Preparation

Whip mayo, mustard, Equal, vinegar, oil and milk with a wire whip. Pour over cabbage and carrots. Toss until well coated. Serves 6.
