Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. finely chopped coconut
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Beat cottage cheese in small mixing bowl on high speed of mixer until almost smooth, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream, coconut, honey, orange peel and vanilla.
    Chill, covered 2 to 3 hours to allow flavors to blend.
    Serve with fresh fruit of season.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
