Skip A Step Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg dry yeast
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. warm water
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 c. flour -- Approximately
    1/2 c shortening
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Place shortening, sugar and salt in mixing bowl, add boiling water.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast mixture.
    Stir in eggs and flour. Shape into rolls or doughnuts.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown or deep fat fry.
