Jogging In A Jug(Health Drink) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen unsweetened grape juice
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice
    6 (12 oz.) cans water
    1 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    If weight is under 160 pounds, drink 2 ounces per day.
    If over 160 pounds, drink 3 ounces per day.
    This drink is supposed to curb appetite, provide energy and is also good to control cholesterol, high blood pressure and arthritis.
