Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Will keep 3 weeks in refrigerator or 1 year in freezer.
