Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    78 medium sweet yams
    4 (No. 2) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    1 bag pecans, finely chopped
    2 large bags marshmallows
Preparation
    Bake yams in jackets.
    Remove skins while hot and mash; add crushed pineapple and pecans.
    Place in a greased casserole dish; top with marshmallows.
    Heat until marshmallows are brown.
    Yield: 200 servings.
