Twice-Cooked Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. center cut pork chops
1 Tbsp. Chablis
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 green onions including tops
2 tsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning
4 tsp. hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 small green bell peppers or 1 each green and red pepper
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
Preparation

Place pork, Chablis and ginger in a 2-quart pan.
Cut 1 of the green onions in half and add to pork, then add enough water to barely cover meat.
Bring to a simmer; cover and simmer until not pink (about 20 minutes to 30 minutes).
Lift meat from broth and refrigerate until cold.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch square pieces.
