Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together and work the shortening in with a pastry blender.
    Add the buttermilk and mix until blended.
    Turn on floured board.
    Pat 1-inch thick in greased pan.
    Cut and let stand 15 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
