Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen puff pastry
    2 whole large chicken breasts
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    6 oz. Bel Paese cheese or 1 pkg. Bon Bel cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Thaw puff pastry for 20 minutes.
    Shred cheese.
    Heat chicken breasts and 1 inch water in skillet to boiling.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken is tender. Drain.
    Remove skin and bones; cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Prepare broccoli as package directs; drain and place in bowl with chicken.
    Stir in cheese, onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Set aside.
