Peppers Stuffed With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 bell peppers
    1/2 lb. sausage meat
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Wash peppers and remove seeds.
    Boil for 5 minutes in water to cover.
    Remove from water and fill with the meat, rice, salt and strained tomatoes which have been mixed together.
    Place in baking dish, add the boiling water and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 servings.
