London Broil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 London broil (1-inch thick)
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Marsala wine (any cooking wine)
1/2 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. fennel seed
1 Tbsp. tomato puree
Preparation

Melt butter in frying pan.
Cook steaks on both sides until done to your taste.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add wine to pan and simmer.
Add garlic, fennel and tomato puree, mixing well.
Cook 1 minute longer.
Pour over steaks.
Serves 4.
