Low-Fat Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. low-fat buttermilk
1 Tbsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 drops Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Chill.
Spoon dip into a serving bowl and serve with assorted vegetables.
Serving size is 1 tablespoon (11 calories per serving).
