Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Ground beef or steak
chopped onion
chopped celery
can of tomatoes
small can V-8 juice
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can kidney beans
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Saute meat, onions and celery. Add tomatoes and V-8 juice. Then add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2 -3 hours.
