French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 very large Spanish onions
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    16 oz. fresh mushrooms, thick sliced
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    about 10 to 12 beef bouillon cubes + 1 c. water/cube
    toasted French/sesame seed bread
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms with parsley flakes, salt and pepper in butter or margarine.
    Simmer until onions are soft.
    Add beef bouillon cubes and 1 cup water/cube.
    Simmer 1 hour.
