Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. chopped onions
3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
3/4 lb. ground chuck
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
Preparation

Saute onions in butter until golden brown.
Soak crumbs in milk.
Mix all ingredients together.
Drop by teaspoon into pan (salted pan).
Brown evenly on all sides.
Remove meatballs from pan.
Make thin gravy with juice.
Place meatballs back in gravy. Let come to a simmer.
Ready to eat.
