Mandarin Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 8 lb. pork roast
    garlic and onion salts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. red plum preserves
    2 c. Dr. Pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce or less
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    3 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Sprinkle roast generously with garlic and onion salt.
    Place, fat side up, in roasting pan.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
