Banana Raspberry Smoothie - cooking recipe

5 packets Splenda (no calorie sweetener)
1 large sliced banana
1/2 c. reduced-fat milk
1 1/4 c. frozen unsweetened raspberries
Preparation

Place sliced banana on plate and freeze for 10 minutes or until slightly firm. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with raspberries.
