Mystery Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 big block Hershey candy bar, grated or sliced thin
1 small carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray a 9-inch pie pan with Pam.
In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar, baking powder and vanilla, beating until stiff.
Fold in cracker crumbs and chopped nuts.
Pour mixture into pie pan; bake for 20 minutes.
Cool.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the Hershey bar on top.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate on top.
Cover, by putting in 3 or so toothpicks into the pie, then place plastic wrap over the pie.
Remove toothpicks before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
Serves 6 to 8.
