Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium green peppers
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
Cook in boiling salted water 5 minutes.
Drain.
Cook meat and onion in skillet until tender; drain fat.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to meat mixture.
Scoop into peppers.
Place peppers in baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
(If you don't like peppers, stuffing is good alone; just put into casserole and bake.)
