Best Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
3 c. quick oats (not instant)
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
10 to 12 fresh peaches, sliced
Preparation

In medium saucepan, melt butter; then add oats, brown sugar and nuts.
Mix well.
Place peaches in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Cover with oat mixture.
Pat down gently.
Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 20 minutes more or until fruit is bubbling.
Serve warm.
