Rhubarb Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cut up rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oats
1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix together until crumbly.
Pat 3/4 of mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour in rhubarb mixture and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
