Pear Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can pears in light syrup
    1 pkg. any flavor sugar-free Jell-O
    1 c. boiling hot water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
Preparation
    Drain pears; reserve liquid.
    Dissolve Jell-O in water.
    Add reserved juice (and water to make 2 cups).
    Put liquid and pears in blender and mix well.
    Add cream cheese, 1/4 at a time.
    Beat until all is used.
    Continue beating at medium speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into molds or suitable dish.
    May be used as salad or dessert.
    Serves 8 to 10.
