Garlic New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 new potatoes
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, covered, in boiling water (salted) about 15 minutes until tender; drain.
    Saute garlic in butter until tender. Add parsley and pepper to skillet; pour over potatoes, toss to coat.
