Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice Mix
1 large fryer, cooked & boned
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion, minced
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
2 cups mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, diced
Paprika
Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook rice as directed. Add all ingredients except paprika & cheese. Mix thoroughly. Pour into well-greased shallow 3 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika & cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
