Gingerbread Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. ginger
1 c. molasses
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and stir until just blended.
Divide among 12 greased muffin tins.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
