Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season meat and rice.
    Form into small balls and fry.
    Brown in butter.
    Add a small amount of water and simmer until rice is cooked and stands out all over.
    Serve with tomato sauce made by mixing 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 1/2 cups tomato juice.
    Boil until thickened or use one can of tomato soup.
