Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    3 to 4 carrots, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 pkg. frozen noodles
Preparation
    Fill soup pan 3/4 full of water; add chicken, bouillon cubes, carrots and celery.
    Let cook for 1 hour.
    Remove chicken; let cool and then remove chicken from bone.
    Add cream of chicken soup and noodles.
    Let simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
