Crabmeat Stuffed Jalapenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat, flaked
    1 lb. jalapenos in can
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickles
    1/4 c. cracker meal
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/4 c. milk
    Breading Mixture
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
    Remove seeds and pulp. Rinse.
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients, except the Breading Mixture.
    Fill pepper 1/2 with crab mixture and press the stuffing around the peppers.
