Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts cooked and diced (dark chicken can be substituted for a more economical dish)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    3 C. crushed Ritz crackers
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Mix cooled, diced chicken with the soup and sour cream.
    Melt the margarine and add approximately 2 packages of Ritz crackers crushed.
    Mix well.
    Turn chicken mixture into a greased casserole and top with the Ritz cracker mixture.
    Bake 45 - 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
    Let set 5 minutes before serving.
