Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef or deer
    2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
    1 Tbsp. cracked pepper
Preparation
    Marinate meat strips with all ingredients for 8 hours.
    Put meat on metal grate on rack.
    Put in oven at 150\u00b0, no more than 200\u00b0.
    Dry for 4 to 8 hours.
