Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. finely grated carrots (not packed in c.)
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt into bowl.
Add oil.
Beat.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla, carrots and chopped nuts (optional).
