Smothered Sausage Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. mushroom soup
rice or potatoes
Preparation

Mix meat with crumbs and poultry seasoning.
Shape into 12 patties.
Brown on both sides.
Pour off fat.
Mix soup and 1 cup water; bring to a boil, stirring until smooth.
Add patties and simmer a few minutes.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
