Burger With Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 c. uncooked bulgur wheat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. frozen green peas
Preparation
    Place water in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and microwave on High for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until boiling.
    Slowly pour in bulgur.
    Add onion, butter, bouillon granules, garlic and salt.
    Cover and microwave on High for 12 minutes.
    Add peas; cover and microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes or until bulgur is tender and liquid is absorbed.
