Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope dry yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water
2 c. warm water
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water. Add the 2 cups water, oil, sugar and egg.
Mix ingredients well.
Gradually add flour, continuing to mix well.
Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Batter will keep for 3 to 4 days.
Makes 2 dozen.
