Southern-Fried Baked Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak, trimmed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
1 c. beef broth
Preparation

Pound steak to tenderize.
Cut into serving-size pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Dust with flour.
Combine milk and egg.
Dip meat into egg mixture and back into flour.
In a skillet, brown meat on both sides in oil.
