Fuss Free Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 c. long grain rice
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/2 to 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring to boil water and salt.
    Stir in rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in butter, cream and Parmesan.
    Serve.
