Potato And Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 leeks, chopped
    5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. heaping Wondra flour, mixed into a bit of water
    1 tsp. (at least) fresh ground black pepper
    5 to 6 bouillon cubes to taste
Preparation
    Saute leeks and garlic in some vegetable oil until soft in an 8-quart pot.
    Add the Wondra flour mixture and stir until well blended.
    Add the remaining ingredients and fill pot with water until approximately 3/4 full.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer until thickened to desired consistency.
