Pork Chop And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    vegetable oil
    seasoned salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    24 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt.
    Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
    Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Arrange chops over mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
