Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. milk
4 slices bread, torn in bits
1 c. shredded or sliced Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Sprinkle bread bits over bottom of buttered 1-quart baking dish.
Cover with cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Serves 4.
