Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. All Bran
    2 c. 40% bran flakes
    2 c. boiling water
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    5 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking soda
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cover bran with boiling water.
    Meanwhile, cream sugar and margarine.
    Add bran mix, flour, soda, well beaten eggs and buttermilk; mix well.
    Bake in muffin pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
