Oatmeal-Pecan-Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 large eggs
    2 c. oats
    2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Cream butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, scraping bowl several times.
    Add vanilla and eggs, beating well after each addition.
    Gradually stir in flour mixture.
    Stir in oats, raisins and pecans.
    Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
