Succulent Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. large whole mushrooms
    1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
    1 (3 lb.) box Velveeta cheese, shredded
    1 pkg. imitation crab meat
Preparation
    Cook stuffing according to box directions.
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Chop stems and imitation crab meat into the stuffing.
    Stuff mushrooms with stuffing mixture; place in broiler pan with water.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until mushrooms are tender, checking often to add more water to the broiler pan.
    Remove mushrooms from the oven; drain off any water.
    Sprinkle mushrooms with cheese; bake until cheese melts.
