Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
1 c. white sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. regular margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, margarine and vanilla in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Add coconut and pecans. Beat until cool and thick enough to spread on cake.
