Quick Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cauliflower
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
Preparation
    Remove and discard large outer leaves of cauliflower.
    Break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Arrange flowerets in a steamer rack; place over a small amount of boiling water.
    Cover and steam 4 minutes or just until crisp-tender.
    Transfer flowerets to a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
