Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. coarse cracker crumbs
1 c. melted butter
1 qt. oysters
2 eggs, beaten
1 qt. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place layer of crackers on greased container.
Add oysters and butter.
Repeat layering, ending with crackers and butter.
Beat egg and add to milk.
Pour milk/egg mixture over casserole. Season to taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
