Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix all ingredients well. Put in well-greased Bundt pan. Cook 45 to 60 minutes, until done. Let cool. Ice with cream cheese icing.
