Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 c. cauliflower flowerets
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. sliced carrot
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion, green pepper, carrot and celery.
    Stir together mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, sugar and mustard.
    Stir into vegetable mixture.
    Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
