Ingredients

6 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 lb. shortening (2 1/3 c.)

Preparation

Mix flour and salt in large bowl; cut shortening into flour until about the size of peas.
Store in covered container.
Will keep for weeks without refrigeration.
